Donald Brynolf Swenson: My Viewpoint on Trump conviction/trial/ending! Will he get convicted?

The recent action by the Biden law team (our Department of Justice and their indictment of Trump) is totally subjective/political/unworthy of any legal standing! My sense is that the JURY (of some 12 Americans) will find this conclusion when the prosecution is done. In fact, I would call this trial Persecution rather than Prosecution. The media and the American people will NOT end up viewing this as real JUSTICE (IMO).

Our governmental system is totally broken and corrupt to the core. Select administrators are now using their 'political' viewpoints as the basis for Law and Justice. What are the key issues that are pure subjective and without any legal standing:

1. Trump maintains that the Presidential Records Act (PRA) allows him to be the final arbitrator over the various records which he took when leaving office in 2021. His evidence is solid IMO. Bill Clinton has already been legally served on this issue of presidential records. He was exonerated.

2. Hillary Clinton was not legally served on her behavior with classified records in her possession in 2016. James Comey, head of the FBI, has exonerated her from any prosecution. A trial jury will use these prior actions to also exonerate Trump when the final evidence is presented (IMO).

3. The so-called legal issues are pure politics in the minds of millions of voters (Americans). As I write, Biden's legal team is being discredited and many are now viewing this action by Merrick Garland and his Justice Department as biased and political.

4. As I write, Congressman Andy Ogles of Tennessee has just launched IMPEACHMENT articles against Joseph Biden and also Kamala Harris (as of June 14). The House will consider the details and eventually vote on this issue. This action will reveal how 'political' all these issues are at the core.

5. It now appears that Joseph Biden has serious 'bribery' issues re: his prior behavior with the nation of Ukraine and his son. His son, Hunter, apparently received some $5 million from a company in Ukraine after his dad, Joe Biden, then Vice President influenced legal issues with a company called Burisma. Joe may also have received some $5 million from this company. Was this behavior both political and also illegal?

As I write, the general opinion of voters is that Biden should not be running for another term as President. His support is declining by the minute as voters get new evidence of his prior corruption and influence peddling. All this political behavior of Biden and Trump will not lead to any real progress for America and our Constitution going forward. Our so-called 'laws' are subjective and the viewpoints of those in POWER are political. The division within politics is now obvious!

The narrative of those in Power now (the Biden Administration) are using their political power and rhetoric to deceive and confuse the public on most issues of importance. Political spin (by both sides) is obvious and the issues can not be resolved via our legal system or by our voters. Any trial of Mr. Trump will prove to be a Soap Opera of subjectivity and confusion. Think on this!

What has happened over the years is that America has been totally polarized on most issues of governance. The LEFT wants to rule via Big Government and the RIGHT wants to return to Yesteryear. Neither narrative will work so that new progress can ensue for the nation. America is over as an Empire and as a viable system of Democracy IMO. Tyranny is arriving and this is becoming obvious to a growing body of thinkers. History of Germany (Hitler) seems to be relevant given our current situation.

The 2024 election cycle will bring all these subjective issues into the fore. Americans will realize that our current system is broken and dysfunctional. This will most likely lead to some type of Civil War within the nation (by late 2024 or 2025). I do not think there is a viable solution (to our collective situation) given the nature of our problems. America is essentially bankrupt and our core values have been trashed (no longer followed by our general population).

I witness this daily as I watch the news and follow current events. America is at war with its past and also its future. The past can not be changed and our future can not improve given the current issues, problems, and political thinking. Economics is key to our survival and economics speaks loudly that our system is totally broken. Values also show that American's no longer live by the 'values' of our Founding. Our Declaration and our Constitution is not being followed. Can America survive given these dire issues? Think for yourself. My view is that we need a NEW SYSTEM. Nothing less can work going forward!
