June 8 may go down as a turning point in our understanding of LAW and and our Constitution. Mr. Donald Trump was indicted (yesterday) by a democratic group of legal authorities (Biden's legal team) which shows that all issues on legality (and due process) is primarily subjective, biased, and political. Reality (in real-time) reveals that all human beings have subjective, biased, political viewpoints when deriving CONCLUSIONS on issues of our Constitution and the Law. The idea of a fixed STANDARD of JUSTICE (for everyone) is a deception that will not stand-up in today's world.
Our political system is a 'joke' to those of us who understand human nature (in real-time). What is 'obstruction of justice' (in reality)? What is a lie? What does the concept of 'classified documents' mean (Constitutionally)? Has the Donald done what is contrary to our Constitution? Who can determine what is valid and what is conjecture in today's political climate? Biden wants to remove the Donald from running for our 2024 President. His legal team within his administration is politically biased when interpreting a so-called legal issue. It's obvious that legal issues can be (are) interpreted subjectively. Who determines what is Constitutional and what is Opinion within our Constitution?
Human nature reveals that each/every human being is a 'subjective' human being. Take the issue of 'obstructing' justice as espoused in our Constitution. The actions of political person's shows that the concept of 'obstruction' is an INTERPRETATION (it's subjective). Did Hillary 'obstruct' justice when she sent so-called 'classified' information via her emails in 2016 to select friends? When she destroyed her smart phones with a hammer to avoid discovery? What about Biden and his behavior with so-called 'classified' documents (in his possession)? Is he breaking our Law/Constitution?
What is now happening in America are attempts by our political authorities to 'weaponize' their authority so as to punish those who FLAUNT a particular political narrative (viewpoint). Personally, I am not a fan of Donald Trump and/or Joe Biden and/or Hillary Clinton. But it is obvious, to me, that none of these attempts to seek JUSTICE (by our Justice System) can prevail as 'objective' principles of reality. What is 'objective' (in real-time) is merely a POINT-OF-VIEW (in reality). Everyone has a point-of-view and a subjective political 'interpretation' on issues. Those in positions of POWER can 'weaponize' their point-of-view so as to punish an OPPONENT! You and I are mere victims of this corrupt system! We must abide by the 'law' as interpreted by our Authorities!
The current Congressional Oversight Committee has discovered dozens of Biden family bank accounts which funneled $$$$$ to select family members (merely because Joe Biden had political influence with select foreigners while Vice President). As of today, some 20 Limited Liability Corporation accounts (LLC's) have been revealed. Did Biden use his Constitutional authority to create his growing wealth and riches via unlawful activities? What about Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State? What about Donald Trump? What about Merrick Garland and his legal team now operating as our JUSTICE system? Who can espouse complete 'objectivity'?
What about issues like abortion which our Supreme Court ruled on in 2022 to overturn Roe vs. Wade (which was viewed as Constitutional for over 50 years)? Is any of this so-called decision-making based upon 'objective' standards of justice? I don't think so! What happens is that political authorities use their 'subjective' biases to claim that a particular action/decision is legal (to them). This is actually a form of 'weaponization' of political power so as to indict an opponent. Laws are imposed on those who are citizens of a political system...those who do not MAKE the laws!
There is no real STANDARD of justice in today's world of 'subjectivity'. There is no real 'objective' rule of law on our planet. What we have today are 'subjective' interpretations of law and justice and pure BIAS on that which is considered for prosecution. The Donald Trump indictment is pure political drama. The Biden corruption situation is political drama. The Hillary Clinton behavior in 2016 was pure political drama. Those in POWER rule and those without power get indicted. Where is the real STANDARD of JUSTICE on this planet? It's pure MYTH and FANTASY!
As a philosopher of human nature, I propose that reality is 'subjective'. Human beings are 'subjective'. Interpretations of words are 'subjective'. Political opinions are 'subjective'. Economic value is 'subjective'. Science is 'subjective'. Religion is 'subjective'. History is 'subjective'. We live on a planet with some 8 billion 'subjective' points-of-view. Who is the single STANDARD of JUSTICE on planet earth? Who knows what is 'absolute'? My evidence points to NO-ONE! None can espouse an 'objective' point-of-view. Is it time to recognize the IMPLICATIONS of this reality?
Watch the Trump indictment situation. Watch the Biden corruption situation on issues of political influence. Watch the candidates for 2024 as they espouse their VIEWPOINTS on all the current issues of politics. Do any of them KNOW what is ABSOLUTE, TRUE, or OBJECTIVE? Can anyone create a STANDARD of JUSTICE for our world system which is independent of BIAS and personal INTERPRETATION? I don't think so! It's time to think of creating a NEW MODEL for our society. The Kingdom Model is my suggestion! God is objective and Man is subjective. The END is here!
In today's world of politics I witness all opinions as being subjective. Even so-called 'observations' are subjective points-of-view. Is the world flat or round? Is 'time' imaginary or real? What about a 'virtual' dollar? What about the 'value' of my house/car/boat? What is a 'fact' (independent) of someone's point-of-view? All reality is derived from someone's point-of-view! It's impossible to determine reality (independent) of a point-of-view! Think on this!
